In a bowl, combine butter, confectioner’s sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.Beat on medium speed until well combined.An electric mixer with a paddle attachment is preferable for mixing.
Take the chilled dough and divide in half.
Divide the first half into fifteen pieces.On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece back and forth (make snakes) into shape.Each should be 3 to 4 inches long.Pinch dough in two places to make knuckles.Score each knuckle with a small knife to make creases.
Transfer fingers to prepared baking sheet that is covered with your parchment paper.Repeat last step with remaining dough. When all fingers are done, brush lightly withegg white.
Position almond nails.Be sure that the food coloring has dried.Push into dough to attach.Bake until lightly browned.350 degrees for about 12 minutes.Let cool completely.
Add the flourMix on low speed just until incorporated.Wrap the dough in wax paper.Chill until firm (about 20 to 30 minutes).
Add egg mixture. Beat until smooth (about two minutes)
